The Blacklist DNK is a web module integrated with the DNK management environment for the registration and maintenance of telephone numbers classified as Blacklist.
The Module is fully configurable with Status levels by Type of identification of the customer, example: Phone, ID number and much more.
IVR DNK VP 7S consults the Black List Module and, according to the query results, treats the customer differently.
