Business Log

The IVR solution offers a set of additional modules that bring expert resources. One of these additional modules available is the Business Log DNK.

The Business Log DNK is a tool integrated with the application of the IVR DNK VP 7S that allows the capture of business information that can later be analyzed to identify statistical patterns of users’ behavior, as well as the identification and detailing of specific cases.

From the capture of strategic information, the solution issues reports that allow the visualization, in progressive degrees of detail, of the usage pattern of the IVR application through a drill-down navigation through the reports.
