The DNK Transcriber is a solution that allows the recording, transcription and identification, step by step, of all telephone calls that pass through the Call Center.
The result of the transcription of the recorded conversations is stored in a database structured in conjunction with other information that allows the location and identification of the calls. The solution has an automatic search module for offensive terms about the transcription of conversations that trigger notifications that alert the responsible areas.
The DNK Transcriber makes it possible to search and locate calls through a full text search mechanism on the transcription of conversations and the realization of filters on the metadata that identify each call.
